1. Allow slight differences from in-pictures lighting & ambience.
2. All products displayed are handcrafted and designed by us. Please note that no pieces are 100% alike and resin handcrafted products are prone to imperfections. (ex: air bubbles, flowers changing to different hues, discoloration, airborne particles or black impurities that are unavoidable during the making)
3. As much as we love working with your ideas, please allow some space for us to adjust what is suitable for your piece. All of our art is also our learning canvases. We'd love it if you allow us to have our creative juices flowing!
4. Please read carefully on what you're ordering such as the estimated delivery time and materials used or included (some items are stated as Pre-Order)
5. Most of our jewelleries sold are made of normal brass metal unless stated otherwise as we occasionally work with S925 or 18k gold plated studs
6. Please do not put your jewelleries or any of our resin art in direct sunlight to best avoid yellowish tint. Epoxy resin may become yellowish in the long-run as a part of the chemical reaction.
7. Practice jewelleries care. Do not submerge in water or expose it to perfume and sweat as it may tarnish the metal in the long run. We strongly advise on not wearing it during physical exercises or swimming
8. Unlike gold, to avoid discoloration please take note that our jewelleries are not suitable or daily long-wear
9. We are not responsible for any allergy reactions caused by our products
10. Remove your jewelleries before showering
11. No flowers are 100% alike. We do try our best to make the remake of an item to be exactly the same. But since we uses real flowers in our art, do expect some changes or differences in terms of shades and hues of flowers and the size.

IN CASE THAT YOUR PARCEL IS LOST, UNDELIVERED, STOLEN OR MISSING, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER SERVICE DIRECTLY REGARDING YOUR PARCEL. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS.
