Return Policy

NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS THAT ARE PERFECTLY DELIVERED (ex: Not broken, change of minds etc)

1. For return and refund on items, please email us at taskaca.co@gmail.com within 24 hours. (we'll not entertain any refund/return request after exceeding of 24 hours delivered items)

2. For approved return request, (we'll inform in email) kindly proceed to mail us the item back within 3 business days. If we do not receive any tracking number in our email within 3 days, the approved return request will be void.

3. All sales are final. No exhange on item that are perfectly delivered. 

4. RETURN ITEM postage fees will be under buyer’s responsibility.


ATTN: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED TO THE COURIER.
IN CASE THAT YOUR PARCEL IS LOST, UNDELIVERED, STOLEN OR MISSING, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER SERVICE DIRECTLY REGARDING YOUR PARCEL. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS.

POSLAJU / SKYNET

For ready-stocks item: postage once every week. Tracking number will be updated via email.
For Pre-order items: please view your delivery time as stated on each item.


TNT EXPRESS

For international buyers, all orders will be shipped out via TNT EXPRESS OR EMS.
Tracking number will be updated via email once shipped. Shipping will take at least 1 - 3 weeks to arrive depending on local conditions.
For ready-stocks item: postage once every week. Tracking number will be updated via email.
For Pre-order items: please view your delivery time as stated on each item.
